Pick a source, review exactly what Librify recognised, then confirm. Nothing reaches your library until you say so, and every import can be undone afterwards.
Your film diary, ratings, watched list or watchlist. Watchlist exports arrive as wishlist entries, never as things you have seen.
diary.csv, ratings.csv, watched.csv or watchlist.csv.Read books with dates and ratings. To read becomes your wishlist and currently reading is left alone for now.
goodreads_library_export.csv.Your real listening history, not a recent sample. Librify walks your scrobbles, rebuilds them into albums and counts a return listen per day rather than per track.

Your collection, wishlist and read list from a Bulk Import/Export file. Column names vary by account, so double-check the preview before confirming.

Play-activity estimates are not available through a stable public web API.

Each of these needs an official export route Librify can parse reliably. None will ship as a credential scraper.
TV. No stable public API or export route has been confirmed, so this is research before anything else.
Games. Owned titles and total playtime via a permitted API — without pretending it is dated play history. Coming once the API key is registered.
Supported once there is a stable export and a canonical-ID mapping worth trusting.
Using Librify
Search for a title, open it, then choose Librify it. In one step you can log activity, update progress, rate a finished title, mark ownership or add it to your wishlist.
My Library brings activity and owned copies together. Wishlist is a separate view where you can also organise titles into personal lists. Now shows media in progress or on repeat.
Open Profile, choose Edit profile, then select a Librified title for your header and search the full catalogue to choose the five titles that shape your identity.
Refresh once and try again. If search or artwork still fails, note the title, media type, time and what you expected, then send those details to the Librify test administrator.

Your account email and display name; an Argon2id password hash (never the password itself); profile handle, bio, location, Favourite Creator, header and The Five choices; and the activity, progress, ownership, wishlist and Love records you choose to create.
Sign-in uses a random session token in an HTTP-only, SameSite cookie. Only a SHA-256 digest of that token is kept in the database. Production cookies require HTTPS.
Librify records first-party events such as account creation, searches completed, and activity, progress, collection and Love changes. Events use coarse metadata only: no password, note text, search text, API key, cookie or IP address is stored in the analytics table.
When configured, search terms are sent from the Librify server to the selected media APIs. Artwork and web fonts can also be requested by your browser from their external hosts. Provider credentials remain server-side.
Personal media activity is private by default. If you explicitly join the Pioneer network, signed-in testers can see your display name, handle, bio, Pioneer badge and recent activity. Your email, location, ownership, wishlist, progress details and notes remain private, and you can leave the network from Edit profile.
Prototype records remain until the site operator removes them or the prototype database is reset. Before public beta, Librify needs a verified account export/deletion flow and a named privacy contact.

This prototype is provided to test cross-media discovery, logging, progress and ownership. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not misuse the service, attempt to access another account, evade rate limits, upload unlawful material or interfere with availability.
You retain responsibility for the notes and collection information you enter. Librify does not claim ownership of third-party titles, descriptions or artwork.
Film, television, game, book, comic, music, audiobook and podcast metadata may come from credited providers and remains subject to their terms. Librify uses documented APIs only; it does not scrape provider websites or redistribute provider datasets.
The service may change and is supplied without a production service-level promise. Back up anything important. Public beta terms, governing law, age requirements, liability language and a named operator contact require legal review before launch.
